Home / Shop / XBT (BTCB2) Blake2b ASIC Miners

Shop XBT (BTCB2) miners at BT-MINERS and compare BLAKE2b-Sia ASIC hardware from Goldshell and iBeLink. This collection includes compact BOX miners, mid-range Lite models and larger ASICs for dedicated mining installations, giving you options for different power budgets and operating environments.

Explore Goldshell SC-BOX, SC-BOX II, SC Lite, SC5 Pro, SC5 Pro II and SC5 Pro II Ultra, alongside iBeLink BM-S3 and BM-S3+. Goldshell HS5 also supports XBT through its Sia/BLAKE2b mode. XBT and BTCB2 identify the Bitcoin BLAKE2b fork network on this page; choose the matching network when configuring your miner and wallet.

Compare the exact model, hashrate, power profile and supplied condition before choosing a machine. Check PSU requirements, input voltage, ventilation and noise as part of your installation plan. On Goldshell HS models, use the Sia-mode hashrate and power when comparing XBT performance, since Handshake is a separate operating mode.

Use our miner profitability calculator with your electricity rate and current network inputs to estimate operating costs. Include pool fees, uptime and cooling or hosting expenses when comparing returns. For help getting started, read our XBT node and DATUM setup guide and review the specifications on your chosen product page.

XBT (BTCB2) mining pool options
Compare each pool’s connection requirements, fees, and payout method before connecting your miner. Running your own node and DATUM gateway is different from using a pool-operated gateway or public Stratum endpoint.

Lazarus Pool — 0% with your own DATUM gateway. Lazarus lists a 0% pool fee for miners using their own DATUM gateway, with rewards paid directly through block coinbase outputs. Its public Stratum endpoint has separate donation and fallback terms and should not be treated as the same 0% service. Review the current connection instructions before mining. Lazarus connection settings and current terms.

AlphaPool DATUM — direct coinbase payouts. AlphaPool DATUM provides direct coinbase payouts. Its website currently lists a 1% operations fee and a separate 0.5% block-finder allocation. Follow the current DATUM setup instructions rather than older AlphaPool connection guides. View setup and payout details.

B2Pool — 1% advertised fee. B2Pool offers shared and solo mining for the Bitcoin BLAKE2b network. Its website advertises a 1% fee. Review the “Get started” instructions for the connection method, regional endpoint, and settings appropriate for your setup. B2Pool connection guide.

Bitcoin Xor — 1% with your own gateway. Bitcoin Xor lists a 1% fee when you build work through your own node and gateway, or 2% when using its pool-operated gateway. Rewards are paid directly through block coinbase outputs. Visit the website for current connection options and terms. Compare connection options and current terms.

Pool information checked November 2, 2026. Fees and service terms may change. Verify compatibility, accepted shares, and your payout address before scaling up. Coinbase rewards remain subject to the network’s maturity requirements and are not necessarily immediately spendable.

FAQs

  • What is XBT (BTCB2)?

On BT-MINERS, XBT and BTCB2 refer to the Bitcoin BLAKE2b fork network. Other services may use XBT as a ticker for Bitcoin BTC, so check the full network name and mining algorithm when choosing hardware, a wallet or a mining service.

  • Which algorithm do XBT miners use?

XBT uses BLAKE2b proof of work, with compatible Sia-family ASICs receiving BLAKE2b-Sia work through the appropriate mining setup. Choose hardware and a connection route that support this work format. BLAKE3, BLAKE2s and SHA-256d miners use different algorithms.

  • Which Goldshell and iBeLink miners can I compare in this collection?

Options include Goldshell SC-BOX, SC-BOX II, SC Lite, SC5 Pro, SC5 Pro II, SC5 Pro II Ultra and HS5, plus iBeLink BM-S3 and BM-S3+. Review the selected product configuration, condition and power profile. Goldshell HS hardware must use its Sia/BLAKE2b mode for XBT.

  • Can the Goldshell SC5 Pro II mine XBT (BTCB2)?

Yes. Goldshell SC5 Pro II supports XBT mining using BLAKE2b-Sia work. Configure it for the chosen XBT pool or gateway and use a receiving address for that network. Check the selected hashrate and power configuration, since the standard Pro II and the Ultra configuration have different specifications.

  • Which mode should I use on a Goldshell HS miner?

Select Sia/BLAKE2b mode for XBT mining. Handshake mode uses a different algorithm and has its own hashrate and power figures. Keep the Sia-mode hashrate and power together when comparing machines or calculating electricity costs.

  • Can these machines mine Bitcoin BTC?

These listings describe BLAKE2b-Sia hardware for the XBT/BTCB2 fork network. The Bitcoin BTC network uses SHA-256d and requires compatible SHA-256d mining hardware. A Bitcoin-related network name does not change the algorithm supported by an ASIC.

  • Can I switch an XBT miner back to Siacoin?

The listed Sia-family models also support Siacoin with the appropriate SC pool and wallet settings. Goldshell HS models use Sia mode for this network choice. Switching between XBT and SC changes the work source and payout destination; these listings do not describe simultaneous rewards from both networks.

  • Do I need custom firmware for XBT mining?

Changing to XBT does not by itself require custom firmware. Use firmware intended for the exact hardware and configure its BLAKE2b-Sia work mode. Follow the chosen pool or gateway instructions, and use the manufacturer’s model-specific update procedure if an update is needed.

  • Which XBT miner is suitable for a home installation?

Start with the continuous power load, ventilation and noise your space can accommodate. Compact SC-BOX models offer a smaller installation, while SC Lite provides a mid-range option. Larger SC5 Pro, Pro II, Ultra and BM-S machines need a prepared equipment area with suitable electrical capacity and heat removal.

  • Do I need a node and DATUM gateway to mine XBT?

The requirements depend on the mining route you choose. A DATUM setup uses a compatible XBT node and gateway to supply work to the ASIC and, when pooled, communicate with a DATUM pool. Follow the selected operator’s current requirements; the ASIC connection and the gateway-to-pool connection are separate settings.

  • Which wallet should I use, and does the gateway need my private key?

Use a wallet that explicitly supports the XBT/BLAKE2b network and create a receiving address for that chain. The gateway uses your public payout address; it does not need your wallet seed or spending private key. Check network support even when an address looks similar to a Bitcoin BTC address.
