Whether you are starting from scratch or already have a suitable server, we help configure the setup around your target network, compatible mining hardware, and preferred pool.

Service Includes

  • Server requirements review and VPS setup guidance.
  • Installation and configuration of the required node software and DATUM gateway.
  • Configuration of your public payout address and supported pool connection.
  • Optional solo fallback configuration, subject to network and software compatibility.
  • Initial connection testing and basic operating instructions.

Before You Order

Please provide your target coin and network, miner model, preferred pool, public payout address, and server details if available. We will confirm compatibility and the scope of work before installation.

This is a setup service. Mining hardware, VPS rental, and ongoing server maintenance are not included unless specified in your order. Your wallet seed phrase and private keys are not required.

Mining rewards depend on network conditions, pool rules, and your hardware. This service does not guarantee earnings or block discovery.

Estimate time

Please select your preferred product batch –  Available Now (In Stock) for immediate shipment or Month Batch for delivery within your chosen timeframe. If no selection is needed, the product is in stock and ready to ship. If you haven’t received your miner after the estimated time, please contact us at store@bt-miners.com, and our team will assist you promptly.

 

Shipping

All used miners will undergo testing by our certified technicians before shipping, which requires 3-5 business days. New miners will be shipped from our Shenzhen or Hong Kong warehouse, with international delivery taking approximately 5-10 business days via DHL. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping fees are calculated based on product type and weight, varying by region.

 

Returning policy

All sales are final and non-refundable after shipment, but we offer repair and replacement services if there are technical issues with your miner.
