Cancellation, returns and faults

- Check WiFi-Settings
This is mainly caused by special characters set in the existing wifi password. Essentially, this is a firmware bug. To address this issue from the cause, simply change your password to one without special characters.
- Device Reset
If you have tested option one and the problem persists, you can press and hold the “change” button for longer than 10 seconds. Doing so will reboot the device again and reconnect.
- Direct Connection
Look for a special IP address labeled: “192.168.168.168.”, as is often named a nano heater. This is the IP address directly associated with your Avalon Nano 3.
- Network Compatibility
Double-check that your router is set to operate on the 2.4GHz band, since in some cases, some miners who operate on 5GHz may have trouble if “the “band steering” feature is enabled.
