(1-3) Please keep the ANTRACK’s ambient temperature between 15 °C and 45 °C. Maintain at least 1 m of clearance in front of and behind the unit, and ensure adequate room ventilation to prevent exhaust-air recirculation. Under normal operation, the miner’s inlet-water temperature will be about 5 °C above ambient. When operating with older models (e.g. S19 Hyd., T19 Hyd., S19 Pro Hyd., S19 Pro+ Hyd., T19 Pro Hyd., S19 XP Hyd.), ensure the ambient temperature does not exceed 35 °C.
(1-4) If the water conductivity is ≥100 μs/cm, the fluid must be replaced. The water conductivity is less than 20 μs/cm when the system is running at the first time.
PS: An ANTRACK unit features four rack slots, each equipped with one network cable and one power cable tailored for Hydro-cooling miners. The unit also includes a water pump, eight fans, a heat exchanger and a plate heat exchanger.
For smooth operation of the ANTRACK system, please prepare the following additional items:
• A three‑phase, five‑core 380–415 V AC power cable (6AWG)
• An Ethernet cable
• 20 L of 10 % antifreeze
Estimated dispatch and delivery
Please select the applicable product batch. Future-batch and pre-order products follow the manufacturer’s actual release and dispatch schedule. Manufacturer delays may occur, and BT ECOMMERCE CO., LIMITED is not responsible for losses arising from those delays. If no batch selection is shown, the product is treated as in stock.
Shipping
New in-stock miners are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after full payment is verified. Used in-stock miners require testing and are normally dispatched within 3–7 business days after full payment is verified. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, subject to customs clearance and local carrier conditions. A tracking number will be emailed after shipment.
Cancellation, returns and faults
All sales are final and non-refundable. A cancellation may be requested before the order is handed to the carrier and is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after handover to the carrier. If a miner is faulty on arrival, contact us promptly. After diagnosis, eligible cases will be handled by repair or replacement only; no refund will be issued. Contact store@bt-miners.com for assistance.
