Cancellation, returns and faults
All sales are final and non-refundable. A cancellation may be requested before the order is handed to the carrier and is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after handover to the carrier. If a miner is faulty on arrival, contact us promptly. Hydro cooling is a key advantage of the A3 Hyd. Compared with air-cooled miners, liquid cooling enables more efficient heat dissipation, lower noise levels, and improved stability in high-density mining environments. This allows mining farms to operate multiple units continuously while maintaining controlled temperatures.
Installation requires professional infrastructure, including a compatible water-cooling system, controlled airflow, and high-voltage power input (380–480V). The A3 Hyd is not intended for residential use and should be deployed in industrial facilities with appropriate power and cooling capacity.
