Should I contact BT-Miners or the manufacturer?

If you purchased from BT-Miners, start with our team when you need help confirming warranty eligibility or the correct repair channel. Manufacturer resources are also useful for documentation and troubleshooting.

What are the typical warranty periods, and who handles repairs?

New miners typically come with a six-month factory warranty. New Bitcoin (BTC) miners typically come with a one-year factory warranty. Used miners come with a seven-day warranty. Diagnosis and repairs are handled by the manufacturer.

Does every miner have the same warranty?

No. Check the terms for your exact model, purchase and serial number. A manufacturer’s direct-purchase warranty may not apply in the same way to reseller purchases. Contact BT-Miners to confirm your order’s service route.

Can I ship my miner to an address on a website?

Confirm the correct repair center and shipping instructions with the support provider first. Some providers require a repair ticket before dispatch. Use the address supplied for your case.

What if my brand has no manufacturer link here?
