Note:
1. When sending in machines for repair, please be sure to submit a repair ticket. Machines sent without a repair ticket may be refused for service or rejected.
2. If the mining machine experiences a fault, please return all components, including the PSU. Do not return the hashboard for repair only.
3. Items beyond the warranty period may incur charges for item retrieval. Our system does not support returns without repairs.
4. Damaged serial numbers (SN) will void the warranty. We recommend customers keeping a clear copy of the SN.
5. Proper packaging is essential. Use the original packaging box or cushioning materials to protect the machine.
